Specially designed to handle sprayable fluids of very low viscosities.
(ex. Release Agents or oils) in finest droplets with reduced overspray.
Fine coordination of prevision made nozzle, needle and air cap produce an atomizing result which particularly when applying release agents gives an extreme smooth layer on moulds and dies. Worldwide this very handy gun is popular in the field of thermoplastic industries and the foundry industries. Featuring handy short gun body and the duo-feed hose for fluid as well as atomizing air through the grip to allow comfortable handling. In accordance to latest regulations, release agents free of CFC will only be allowed. These agents provide a smooth finish of fine droplets to the surface when applied with this gun.
Different nozzle extensions and HVLP-technique for application of adhesives available.

Dual Action Release Agent Spray Gun

Die-Cooling / Cleaning Release Agent Spray Gun
Our Dual Action Release Agent Spray Gun is ideal for die-cooling / cleaning, lubricating and spraying of release agents on forging, die casting, rubber and plastic moulding dies. The spray gun has two hose connectors for air and die-coat. Featuring two in operation as it first releases a blast of air for cleaning then spray release agent.
Availabe in two models:
CS-1 with Single orifice and bend pipe providing easy access to all parts of die from safe working distange
DS-1, with two orifices nozzle to provide diagonally opposite spray for effective spraying on both sides of dies simultaneously without twisting the spray gun. Pipe length or other specifications may be customized.
