The material used for the construction of these pulleys is GG-25 Cast Iron. Each pulley undergoes stringent balancing tests to ensure each pulley functions efficiently.
The pulleys are finished in a black coating this acts a s a primer to help protect the pulleys from environmental factors

Circumferential speeds of up to 40 m/sec are permissible.
