FS-2 Two-Component-spray gun

Designed for application of two component materials spraying such as glues, nano spray, mirror like finishing and special colors. Supply of two components sprayable fluids via hoses directly into each spray head. The material connections may be either from the bottom (as shown) or from the top of spray heads.
Flat spray or round spray patterns available by use of different air caps.
Supply of atomizing air and control of air are performed via gun body; only one trigger is needed to operate the two components spray gun. Mixing of two components happen within spray jets to avoid early reaction of both components and mixing ratio can be regulated individually by:

Different nozzle dimensions used for each component
Different material pressure of each component (via pressure tank or pump)
Regulating to control fine adjustment of fluid outlet
